Our Story
In response to the unprecedented events of 2020, we, Sev and Jayme, sought new ways to support our family. With two teenagers in different school districts and facing various uncertainties, we decided to start our own business to ensure we could be there for our children as much as possible.
Severiano “Sev” Magina and I, Jayme Bennett, are the proud Co-Owners of Magina Bennett Holdings LLC DBA Energy Smart California. We envision this venture growing into a full family business, with our children actively participating in the near future. Sev brings 12+ years of experience in Commercial LED Lighting Sales and a total of 38 years in Customer Relations. I have been in the Commercial LED Lighting business for 4 years, backed by 36 years of Customer Relations experience.
